Our Shirts are high quality, printed in the United States. They are chosen for softness and durability. We use
several different manufactures to get the best possible products for you.
Size charts are provided on the product pages. But we have tried to provide detailed information from the
manufacturer and also from our many years in the apparel business. This information can be found on the size chart page

Machine Wash Cold with Like Colors. Hang Dry. Some of our Tees are 100% Cotton and may shrink in the Wash
or Dryer if done with high temperatures please use low temperatures.

We are brand new and have not setup for that yet. If you are interested we would love to set that up for you! Please
contact us and we will be happy to make that happen.

All our discount codes are single use and cannot be stacked. Only one code can be used at checkout. Some codes
are for a limited time and have expired!


Please see the Refunds and Exchanges page. Requests can be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date. We
offer FREE exchanges and $10 Flat Rate Returns. All items must be unwashed, unworn, without stains or issues in
order to be issued a refund. Please note that all original shipping costs are non-refundable. To initiate a return or
exchange please contact us.
Unfortunately at this time we cannot offer Refunds or Exchanges for International Customers.

If you have an issue with your order, please send photos, provide your order # and what the issue is
to info@bbeanz.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, all our sale items are FINAL SALE. We do not issue returns on these items.


We ship from Florida USA.

We do! If you live in the United States or Canada and order $75USD or more, you will automatically receive free
shipping during checkout.

We ship via a service called Pirate Ship. We choose the best and fastest shipping that provides a tracking number
and insurance through UPS, USPS, and FedEx.

We pack and ship order 5 times a week. Usually orders are packed within 1-3 days but orders can take longer
during Holidays and Sales. Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation
email if you have provided an email address. Most shipping confirmation emails will include tracking info.

Yes, tracking will be sent to you when your order has been packed if you have provided an email address.

We pack orders within 1-3 business days. Once your order has been transferred into the postal system, you will
receive an estimated delivery date from that shipper. We have no control over the carrier transit time.

*Shipping times are estimated (business days) based on individual postal service standards and are not
guaranteed shipping times.

Sometimes the postal service marks packages as delivered when they have not been. Before contacting the shipper,
please double check around your house, with your neighbors, on your porch or other places near your mailbox. If
you still haven’t received your order within a day, please contact the shipper (UPS, USPS or FedEx) for more
Please note we take no responsibility for any orders that are lost in transit, stolen, or damaged. Once your package
leaves our HQ it is up to you to keep an eye on the tracking info sent via email and be there to receive it. We take
no responsibility and have no control over any duties, customs cost or processing delays, transfers to local carriers
in your country, strikes etc.

If your package does not successfully deliver it will be sent back to Bbeanz via the shipping carrier. This is
typically due to insufficient address information.
If the package carrier returns it to Bbeanz, this can take 1-2 weeks. Your tracking information will state “Returned
to Original Sender”. This can happen if an address is missing information or invalid and the carrier was unable to
deliver the package. Once the returned package is back in our hands and restocked, you will be refunded minus the
original shipping cost and a $5 processing fee. We do not reship the initial order, please place a new order with the
corrected address.

Please note that any orders placed outside of the U.S.A. may be subject to your country’s duties and/or customs
fees. These taxes are not charged by Bbeanz LLC and we have no control over them nor can we predict what they
may be. We are not responsible for paying duty fees.
If you decide to refuse your package due to duties/customs fees we are not responsible for its return. We will only
issue refunds in cases where orders arrive back at Bbeanz HQ. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
